My learning and working style

What also makes everyone unique is their work and learning style. I have a moderate Tactile style, where I like to obtain a first-hand experience in an activity by involving in and practicing it. I also have a visual style; I use graphs, diagrams, and tables to demonstrate an idea and data.  This makes it simpler for other to read the data or information. I have Low Authority Motivation and High Self-Motivation; I don’t need the supervisor’s motivation to perform at a high level. I motivate my self to finish tasks by the end of the day and see a product of my work. Furthermore, I like to finish a task in my workplace before going to another one; this maximizes my focus on finishing work efficiently. Regarding my Workplace preference. I prefer to work in a competitive yet collaborative environment. In addition, I prefer to work in place, where it rewards and promotes the hard workers. However, I don’t have many workplace preferences as I have a high adaptability to new environments.
