Not only my strengths and weaknesses define me, but also my life values and beliefs that shape my personality and who I really am. For example, one of my values which makes me happy and satisfied with myself is helping people who have needs. For instance, I like to teach my classmates in school. I feel content in myself when I contribute to a class-mate academic success. It also a form of revision and applying a deeper understanding of the subject. Regarding my work values, I want to get the opportunity to advance within the same organization; I try to stay loyal to the organization I’m working at. I want to make differences in the place I work at. Regarding my beliefs, I believe that being honest with your work, employer, and most importantly God is the key success. I will follow those work values, and beliefs towards doing the right thing in the workplace; I believe that working ethically, and committing to it will result in great achievements.
